The Postpartum Reset is an intimate private community and online roadmap for any mama (or mama-to-be) who feels stuck, alone, and depleted and wants to learn how to thrive in motherhood.

Most importantly, our Postpartum Reset Community is a safe place which means that there is no room for shame, judgement, and criticism of others based on their decisions, so members need to be able to leave that at the door.

This program is the only program that combines an online community with a nutritional protocol designed to meet the mental and physical needs of postpartum women, designed by a registered dietitian certified in perinatal mental health.
STEP 1 - RESET: Reset your environment so you can more easily make these changes and automate the process.
STEP 2 - REGULATE: Regulate your blood sugar by taming sugar cravings and learning how to create quick + easy meals.
STEP 3 - REDUCE: Reduce your inflammation through building your plate with nourishing foods.
STEP 4 - REPLENISH: Replenish your nutrient stores by learning about the most healing and nutrient-dense foods many moms are deficient in. Labs and supplement suggestions are offered to accelerate progress.
STEP 5 - REPAIR: Repair your gut by learning strategies for building back a healthy gut microbiome and eliminating common concerns like gas and bloating.
The course’s 5 sections will be made available to you in phases, and you will be able to log in and partake anytime you feel called.
There will be ongoing opportunities to interact with the community (see above) but everything is optional because we know the postpartum period can feel a little hectic at times!
After the initial program access (12 months) you will have the option to sign up for continued access!
I’m Stephanie Greunke, a registered dietitian, a certified personal trainer, and a mama of two boys who “gets it” when it comes to motherhood. I’m also certified in maternal mental health (PMH-C), and love helping mamas prepare for this incredibly life-changing transition. I’m also Whole30’s in-house RD so some of the beneficial parts of the Whole30 program are tailored to moms during this Reset!
As someone who experienced postpartum anxiety with my first, I know how hard it can be to find a community of moms that "get you" and have your back. After my postpartum experience, I made a promise to myself that I'd do my part to help as many moms as possible move through this transition as smoothly as possible.
I've been creating this program for almost two years, with you in mind; A mom who wants to have more tools and resources to take back control over her health and feel embraced by a supportive community while doing it. This program is like my third baby and I am so passionate about helping YOU in your postpartum journey.

What is the time investment?
The Postpartum Reset Nutrition Course includes videos that are 5-minutes or less in length and the activities and action steps will vary in length.
This was designed with busy mamas in mind so you’re free to go at your own pace and new information will be delivered to you once a week so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Is it required to take part in the community? What if I just want to do the course?
You will get as much from the community as you’re willing to contribute and allow yourself to receive. Participation is not required, but is highly encouraged.
This looks like answering weekly interactive questions, showing up to Live monthly Zoom calls with Steph and other postpartum experts and offering your unique insight to other member’s questions as you feel called to share.
Will I be required to purchase certain foods or supplements?
You will not be required to purchase certain foods or supplements. Supplement suggestions will be provided and alternatives will be offered to meet your budget and accelerate healing, but are not required.
Is this a Whole30 Program?
This program does not follow the Whole30 protocol. However, the program creator, Steph Greunke, is an employee of Whole30 and her work there has influenced and supported her journey in creating this program.
Can I do this if I'm following a specific diet (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, plant-based, eat all the things...)?
Yes! I designed this program to work for various dietary preferences and needs. The program offers guidance on how to create a nourishing plate by moving through important nutrition principles and focusing on nutrient-dense foods, not by eliminating foods. Everyone is welcome to choose what that looks like for them.
How many mamas will be in at a time?
In order to keep the community safe and intimate there will be a maximum amount of members in the community at one time. Once this number is hit, enrollment will be turned off. There will be an option to purchase a more intimate, private membership community membership with more frequent interaction with Steph Greunke at a later time.
How often can I ask direct personal questions or have one-on-one time with Steph?
Steph will be in the group answering questions and will be offering monthly Zoom calls (alternating between Q&A calls with her and offering connection and time for Q&A with other postpartum experts).
Customized guidance regarding supplementation or lab results is not available as an option at this time, but more generalized questions are always welcome in the group.

What happens to the program info after the 12 months?
You will be given an email notification letting you know about your membership’s expiration a week ahead of time. If you choose not to continue, you’ll lose access to the community and program videos/course, but will continue to have access to the downloadable guides. If you choose to continue, you’ll have access to everything.

This is the first of its kind course for moms who want to connect with other like-minded moms who value health and wellness and are ready to take action to feel better!
This course was designed by a mom, and dietitian certified in perinatal mental health. Postpartum Reset provides a realistic, proven roadmap to start healing physically and emotionally postpartum. It will help you see that you’re not alone and have access to a community of experts and other mamas who are one step ahead of you on their journey.
